This person introduced themselves as Amy and stated they were calling about a hotel package and airfare. They made it seem like this was something I had started before and was trying to make it seem like I had forgotten about a previous conversation. They told me they would activate the prize trip and sent me a text message asking me to provide a verification code. I provided the code and they promptly stated they would call back in a few minutes and hung up. (live person)
