Recording said suspicious activity on my VISA had correct numbers and my name and credit union. I signed onto my CU account and saw 9 attempts to make charges today. I never use this particular card except on the web when I'm unsure of the website... I used it on 8/22 at website that was apparently as sketchy as I thought it might be. It has a very low balance on it also, for this reason. I'm on hold forever at the number, though. (robocall / recorded message)

Call said Toll Free Number, and a recording saying unusual activity on a card with our credit union along with the last 4 digits of the card. I called our credit union and followed the prompts to get to a 24 hour credit card line. The person said their was a fraud case and the card had been declined for a purchase of over $700 to a travel agent. Since I went through our credit union I certainly hope it was legit. PS. The number on the back of our current card with the CU said they did not service our account. I will be calling the CU Monday morning since this is a Saturday night and they are closed.. (live person)

robo call that directed me to Island Federal Credit Union Fraud department about a declined charge of $500 from khalaspay.net ( united arab emirates) an online game site . I was given a very long case #. To be sure, I called the tel # on back of credit card and this seems to be really Island Federal Credit Union fraud dept. There was also another attempted fraud charge at iheartdogs.com (robocall / recorded message)

Called 3 times in a row. Let it ring 4 times then it tries to send a fax, then quits. Next morning, the same thing happened. This is a business phone and don't need this crap taking me away from my work. Go bother someone else! (robocall / recorded message)

This is a service used by banks that don't have their own fraud centers like small banks and Credit Union's. The calls are legitimate and reporting unusual activity. This call came shortly after I made an online in game purchase. Completely legit. They give you a case number associated with the card in question. As soon as I heard the card name I knew what it was and cleared the matter. (robocall / recorded message)
