Its not exactly a scam. It's a third-party vendor for Anthem, that is REAL. They are case managers who work as your medical advocate. They help you fight for care, make appointments and help you coordinate if you are using multiple health care providers. Sounds nice right??? The issue with services like this is they are NOT bound by HIPPA and CAN sell/SHARE your information that your Dr and insurance company can not. NOPE, Not a scam but NOT NOT NOT a good idea (live person)

I answered the 1st time the lady asked for me daughter. I said sorry but she is at work. What is this regarding? She said she is with anthem n needs to talk to my daughter to process her info to help her. I said well if this is anthem then you have her number, don't need to call her mom. So now you can contact her & stop calling my number. I got 2 more calls on vm then I answered the last one & said that I will see them in court since they continue to call my number even after I told them to call her number that is in there records. She asked me for her number an I Said no I don't give her number out that if they are w/ anthem then they have her info already. weeks later they called her she is @ work they claim they will get he (robocall / recorded message)

A female recording said: This is Anthem and it was urgent to call them back at 818-741-3721. 1. This is not a Anthem number. 2. My phone showed the caller ID as: Prtnr IN Cre Fn. 3. I am on the do not call registry too. 4. Just a waste of time by some low life's. 5. Now blocked :) (robocall / recorded message)
