I did not wait long for a human voice. Here's what happened: Phone rang from this number several times through the week. I ignored it. Finally got tired of hearing it. I picked up the receiver (landline), said "hello?" Nothing. Said "hello" even louder, no response. Without speaking I held the receiver to see what would happen. I HEARD A CLICK signifying a human had now engaged the call. I hung up! When this happens, it proves your phone number is randomly dialed by an automated system. When the phone is answered, the person calling is automatically clicked in because your hello triggers and signifies a person is home because the call was answered. These type calls always indicate spam. I hung up and blocked the number. (robocall / recorded message)
