They identified themselves as Zach Hernandez from Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. The call was forwarded from someone that stated they were from the Bank of America doing a verification check on an application for a credit card out of Texas. They kept asking to speak to the man of the house by a female name. They were trying to get clearance to run a credit check on current credit cards. They told me to F off when I told them the numbers were going to be reported as a scam. (live person)
