I was called to pay a hospital bill at PIH Good Sumaritan Hospital to pay off a bill I acquired from a visit. I recall paying off my bill from the mailed invoice I received months ago. When I recalled the number after a voicemail, they insisted that I could only pay through their automated phone system and couldn't see my bill information on an online portal. I am still investigating if this is a scam or not. (robocall / recorded message)

They said they were a patient billing company for Tri City hospital and to pay $700 via credit card. I called my Insurance company and zero is owed by me. (live person)
