I’m not sure what the ladies name was as I couldn’t understand her. It sounded like she was shoving the phone in her mouth while she was talking. But she said that I qualified for insurance. And after I told her I had insurance she wanted to know what my insurance is and when I told her I’m not going to give her that information she got a upset tone in her voice and said have a great day and hung up. (live person)
