Called saying we had a previous conversation about advertising and he was calling to talk more about it. I told him no I had never talked to him before. Was rude and insisted I had spoke to him. I told him sorry but I had definitely never spoke to him before. He was increasingly rude while I was be very courteous to him. He ended up hanging up on me as I was trying to get his business name and number. (live person)
