They said they were calling from Cox Communications. Offering a discount if I gave this heavily middle eastern accented person the answers to me security questions. I notified Cox and they said I did the correct thing, but the troubling thing is they didnt say they dont ask those questions (live person)

As a rep from Cox. His Indian accent was difficult to understand. I don't think Cox would hire someone who is not fluent and understandable. He didn't give his name and said he could get me a discount on my Cox account and he asked for my pin number immediately. So I said I don't give that out. I asked if the $13 discount would work with my ACP. He said insulting that if I can't pay to call Cox. So I hung up (live person)
