Claims to be Police Organization trying to get funds. If your in Illinois, be aware...POLICE organizations DO NOT SOLICIT over the phone. They are noting but scammers. You'll notice they start talking and keep talking if you try to interrupt. Noting more than a con artist group. (robocall / recorded message)
