The caller ID says it belonge to a National police and Troopers Association. Which has called before in the past, back then they were asking for money to support them, i told the person i will search his Association and make a donation directly to them and i hang up, i blocked the number and they still call from a different phone numbers which i immediately block and still received the call from a different phones same name on my caller ID. Annoying (robocall / recorded message)
