I answered the phone. Person asked for me by my maiden name. I said speaking. Person asked, can you verify that the last 4 of SS is XXXX, I stated " i don't know what this is about so I am not verifying anything. Person said "my name is Jackie, I can use your DOB, is blah blah, correct?" I stated " i still don't know what this call is about, I am not verifying anything," Person said, "Its about a personal business matter, I just need you to verify your information by a simple yes." I said "nice try remove this number from your calling list and if it is truly about a personal business matter send it to me in the mail." Person said "well that is not how this works. I need you to verify your information." I hung up (live person)
