UPDATE….. Still NOT VERIZON!! 646-665-7301 calls my land line almost EVERY DAY?!?! Caller-ID says “Verizon,” but they usually hang up if you answer (testing if you have a legit & working phone number is a way Scammers sell verified numbers to others!). If they don’t hang up, after a long pause of 8-10 seconds, either a person at a call center picks up and asks for people who have never lived here, or occasionally an automated voice tells you to “hold for the next available agent,” eventually you hear several beeps and Then the call is disconnected?!?!? SCAMMERS, STOP CALLING ME, I’ve BLOCKED YOUR NUMBER!!! FYI - to avoid being Scammed, NEVER answer the telephone by (live person)

I have Verizon's Nomorobo and it seems it was blocking this number. I unblocked it because I thought someone from a clinic was probably trying to contact me and sometimes a legit number gets blocked. They called me 4 times while I was not home and didn't leave a message. That was another sign this number was not ok. Clinics usually leave messages. So silly me called back just to be sure. The person who answered said 'hello mubbled verizon'. I asked who was this since they called me 4 times. She said they were Verizon and asked me for my phone number so they could verify why they contacted me. I'm sorry my dear I don't believe you. And hung up. They've called several times too many. By now Verizon wold have sent me a letter. (live person)

Called my landline and hung up after one ring. Nothing showed up on caller ID. I checked my account and it showed this number had called me. I called back and a live person asked me for my phone number and then claimed to be a representative from Verizon. She said they are giving out show time for free for 3 months. I told her I am not interested and hung up. (live person)
