Said he was David Williams - Badge No: 509. Calling from Publishers Clearing House. I won $2.5 million; $5,000 per week for 7 months and a Pearl White Mercedes Benz S Class. I let him ramble on and then let him have it.......he hung up on me. Sadly, this POS almost sounded believable - makes me so sad for the elderly who might just fall for this. (robocall / recorded message)
