Telus, said that they were verifying an upgrade to our business telephone line. then passed me to his supervisor ... all had an east Indian accent and could barely understand them. The supervisor was trying to get me to answer more questions to "verify" the upgrade. I told him I don't have authority to authorize anything and that he would have to speak to the owner .... he then started again. I finally told him that I am not answering any questions and that I am running a business here and that I have a line up at my front counter and he said ... wait for ... "so am I" I then hung and knew they were a scam.... (live person)
