This was a record message on a survey from the recent visit I had at a major medical facitily. However, when you call back the number it says to please call back the same number that called. That very number that you call gives an error message saying "your call can not be completed as dialed. Please check the number and dial again." They obviously knew I was at that facility in that department and used my first name. If they wanted me to complete the survey how on earth would you do it if the number isnt correct.
