The caller ID read "Phoenix, AZ." He said his name was Jeremy Wells. He wanted to speak with the business owner. I asked what it was regarding. He said, "Well, I'll go ahead and tell you. It's about Saddle Creek." Saddle Creek is a golf club/course here. I asked what it was regarding with Saddle Creek. He said, "I'll try back later" and hung up before I could say anything else. Obviously a scam of some sort. (live person)

A man called, said his name very fast and said he needed to speak to the owner. I told him he is unavailable and he hung up on me. I called the number back and said "you just called me to speak to the owner", he said "yes, is he available?" I said "no but I'm his assistant" trying to find out what he wanted and he hung up again. I tried to call back again to ask to be removed from their calling list and when I dialed, it rang my office instead of their number. (live person)

Woman calling saying she was from "Chevy Chase Club" and would only speak to the owner. I manage the business and she refused to speak to me about what the call was about. Proceeded to hang up on me when I would not connect her to anyone else. Block the number. (live person)
