Stupid woman says her name, then states my name. I asked who is calling, she says name and starts rattling off personal info, birthday, etc. I asked again, she says it's Portfolio Recovery (which is a real debt collector, but I think this is a scam pretending to be them.) I stated I already had my debts in order and she is to state this an attempt to collect info and debt, and she refused to confirm the company, proceeded to start yelling in Spanish. I reported number, still went off on Portfolio for not handling this if this was in fact them, and told her to lose my number. What a joke. (live person)
