Live person. Jacob, from the Health and Wellness Center. Said he was not selling anything. Was calling me to schedule me for screening. I asked for what? He said for genetic testing, which was covered by my insurance. When I told him I did not need any genetic testing and I was not giving him any personal information, he hung up. I tried to call the number back and it went to an extension voicemail. (robocall / recorded message)

They asked for me. I said it was me... they stumbled around a moment and I could hear others talking behind them. I said "What do you want". They said I was rude. I hung up. (live person)
