Very polite, I am Paulette (last name) from region of York. Ask me for my birthday to confirm, I said no. She said I understand your concern but I am from region of York. I ask what is this about. She said she need to confirm my ID. Asked for my address. I still refuse, she got frustrated and said fine and hung up. (live person)
