Robocall that rang on their end after I answered. A representative of INKAS in Toronto, ON answered and wanted to discuss our merchant account to ensure we were getting the best rate possible. When asked, I was told our company was listed on a Canada-wide database as having POS equipment. We do not. Never have. Never will. (robocall / recorded message)

Every time they call, the line is still ringing (their end) when I pick up the line. So I place the handset on my desk in front of my bluetooth speaker. When the voice finally come on, the music didn't offer them much of a response. A rather effective and stress-free way of dealing with robocallers. ;) (robocall / recorded message)
