Junk call -- if you need the healthcare marketplace BE SURE NOT TO GO TO healthcare.COM by mistake -- you will get 100 calls and/or text messages. The correct site is healthcare.GOV ... I was sent to the .com by a misleading google ad ... this is one of the numbers that junk called me (robocall / recorded message)
