Called from 317-689-1223. Called at 5:40am on Saturday to tell me about a mortgage offer. Kevin claimed they're not held under the telemarketer soliciting rules due to an online inquiry being made two hours before the call. I was asleep, I never made an online inquiry. They found a loophole in the law. Blocked twelve numbers from this company. (robocall / recorded message)
