Latest Internet Scam: Suddenly my iMac Powerbook computer locked up, with a message the Face Book objected to one of my posts on-line. That happens frequently. But the message went on to say I needed to contact Apple Support at the following telephone number: (315) 500-0165 which shows as being in Syracuse NY. I didn't call... but a few minutes later someone called me from that number, to "Resolve the Problem". I am sure there would be a charge for the "Service". My desk top computer still works, so I suspect that someone sent me a present (a small program that locks up my Powerbook when ever I open the internet. How to fix this?
