This is the second time that I got this call; no one left a message. The first time, however, I checked the information online and found that it is a CDC-authorized information-gathering survey. When I called the toll-free number from that website, I was interviewed quite politely by a human who asked NO personal information beyond my vaccinations and history with covid (if any). I urge all to answer this call; CDC need this information. (live person)

They called and left a message to call an 800 number. I checked this number online and it is a legitimate survey conducted by the CDC to assess vaccination rates in the US. According to their website, the data they collect is protected by law and not given out. (robocall / recorded message)

Spoke with an individual who presented as a CDC representative. I listened for awhile... He felt entitled to ask me personal health questions in regards to my medical history and numerous vaccination status inquires.. I made my position crystal clear... Unless you are my personal doctors and HIPPA required/ protected ) that he is not going to glean jack $hit from me. - I said if you feel you can ask me these kinds of things you need to answer MY questions.. Do YOU have any communicable diseases?!? HIV/AIDS/ Herpes/HPV/Hauntavirus/gonorrhea/ syphilis/Flu/ any virus/ Small pox? Do You engage in any risky behavior? Non Monogamous sexual behavior? Do YOU use a provalactic ? Have you been tested? Your Partner? What's YOUR Status?!? Yeah.... His Silence was Deafening... He can go Procreate himself.. (live person)
