Contact Communications is a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) that grew out of Wyoming's largest privately held Internet Service Provider (ISP). Intent on providing next-generation data telecom services to ISPs. Contact received Certification to serve the US West (now Qwest) territory in April 1997 551-210-1258 is a NJ number associated with many scams from IRS Tax Debt Relief, Student Loan Relief, Pharmacy Scams, etc. Have not ever lived in WY or used Qwest. Sent the message to my Attorney, the 551-210-1258 number hung up when my attorney introduced themselves. (robocall / recorded message)
