They could not speak a word of English and very hard to understand - talked about a chase credit card which we do not have - which I told them they put me on hold and I hung up . Called again and said they need to look up records - they could not access them- I starting laughing- if you call back the # it’s goes thru different types of accounts - Amazon and chase - they called again and said I needed to file for bankruptcy and there would be a lien on my house - they had no clue what the last name was ans wanted a lot of info- hung up and blocked them - what a scam (live person)
