"Joel". Calls every few weeks using a different call back number. Bypasses my already blocked phone feature and goes straight to my voice mail. Every few weeks says he is buying houses in my area and pays cash, and I don't have to do any work or paper work, just call him back and he will handle everything over the phone. Yeah, right! I've been on the do not call list for a few years now, and have filed several complaints but I don't think the FTC can stop the criminal "Joel". However, my compliments to the FTC who have finally, so it seems, stopped the auto warranty callers. (robocall / recorded message)
