This is a call from Power Home Remodeling or Power Roofs. Stay away from them; this is a company with sketchy practices that keep pushing you to sign contracts with them the same day and stay for hours at your home when you have them visiting you and then for months keep calling. Their quotes are three times other companies and when you say it's too much they offer payment in installments for 10 years! When you do the math you would end up paying as much as a mini mortgage. They offered us a roof change for $45,000, which is crazy for a regular house like ours, and then offered the 10-years payments and we would have paid around $100,000 at the end. After 10 years, you will need to change your roof again. So, you would keep paying like an additional "mortgage" forever. That's crazy! Although not illegal it's completely unethical. Luckily, we had previous estimates from other companies at the time of their visit, so we knew that was outrageous. We didn't accept their estimate. Still, they keep calling. Awful company! Do your homework and get several estimates from different companies and stay away from Power remodeling! (robocall / recorded message)
