Caller ID: "Energy Services" It's not simply advertising nor as simple as robo caller because, Once you block their number it's intelligent enough to recognize the block and uses a different number. Harassing us over a month now, no message left but calling 4-5 times every day. This is a crime!! It is a scam and illegal to call when any business or party does not have nor ever has previous business with you or authorization to harass and interfere with your privet life. Report all criminal activity to the feds ASAP. Never pick up the phone on scams like this. Never call them back or respond. Any time you do, they also make money by placing your numbers in an 'Active list' which churns millions of dollars paid by bogus advertizers to obtain circular lists where higher premiums are paid for when 'Active' response occurred. This sales medium is not new as it began in the 1990's yet 'new' is its ability to learn it's blocked and near instantly adapts another different number. These are 'Spoof' telephone numbers that scams use to aspear as if it is a local caller. (robocall / recorded message)
