UPC Services. AKA, JM associates. I receive calls from this group regularly, looking for someone we've never heard of. We've had this number for over 40 years. They always leave a message to press for more information. I've requested they stop calling many, many times. They keep calling. All info is robo. Any idea how to help? (robocall / recorded message)

Robo Call from "UPC". Wrong number, or they were looking for the old owner of my number which I've gotten several scam calls for over the last 15+ years. Claims to be calling with one last chance to resolve a legal matter but never identifies themselves or their company. (robocall / recorded message)

no introduction - left voicemail. called my phone. drawling voice telling my wife that she has last chance to avoid legal action - press '1' for info. doesn't id himself or company - required by law if REAL. these calls usually demand several hundred dollars to 'settle claim'. WOW! people still doing these after 50 years. (live person)
