I got a text from "Eric" asking if I was interested in selling my property but really wasn't interested. H said that his company would give me an offer I couldn't refuse and I felt as if he was desperate to make commissions so I agreed to let him come and see my place. We made an appointment for a few days later and I was tired from work so I asked if he wanted a drink/coffee and he was very appreciative. We sat down, talked for about 10 minutes and he started crying to which I asked what was wrong. He said that he had no income, nobody wanted to sell...I patted him on the back and said everything would be okay. He rubbed my pants, felt my bulge, and gave me the most insane head job I've ever had. I hope he comes back! (live person)
