Impersonating Vodafone. Insisting that my SIM card was no longer compatible with their new systems, they needed to send me a new one and the current one would be deactivated in 24-48 hours. Call was because customers ignore emails & texts. Transferred to a senior manager when I wasn't compliant. Hung up. Called Vodafone separately. Confirmed none of this was them or how they operate. (robocall / recorded message)
