Said they were from octopus energy then started asking for all my details. I told them they can email me if they want to talk to me. I'm not giving my information out over the phone when they called me. She got grumpy and said she would email me....never did. Called octopus and it wasn't them (live person)

At first I heard an automated message saying this is a call from Octopus Energy as I have to pay my outstanding bill. Then a person picked up and there was silence until they said 'Hello'. They sounded a bit confused and asked for my name at which point I said I will need to call them back or e-mail them with any further details as I'm not confident it's a legit call. They hung up. (live person)
