Called by an Asian man this morning saying I am due a refund tried to explain it was a business number he then hung up so is a scam (robocall / recorded message)

Received a call three hours ago from this number, an Asian guy who had my name and address from somewhere and wanted to upgrade my "Phone Guardian". He warned me that my Debit Card expires and cannot activate this service without a current Debit Card. He asked only for the expiry date but told him nothing because I know these guys have a professional way of bleeding little bits of info. to be able to scam you. I put the phone down but just now the same guy called again from the same number. When I told him I recognised his voice as having called me three hours ago he was in total denial but then hung up on me. Beware! (live person)
