Got a message from someone that appeared to be with Blue Cross Blue Shield and stated they were calling about refills. However, when I used the call back number, I was told options might have changed and then they told me to hit 1 for details on a free WalMart card. That was the only option so I hit 1. Then a heavily accented individual answered (totally different from the voicemail voice) and told me I was receiving a free Wal Mart gift card and wanted me to spell my name. I asked if they were with Blue Cross and she said "Ma'am you have won a gift card". I said ok but are you with Blue Cross and she got an attitude and told me again she just needed my name for the gift card. I hung up because it was clearly a scam of some sort. (robocall / recorded message)
