It makes you think that someone has opened a “trusted wallet” and that the account is frozen. They call you to unfreeze it and withdraw the funds, they don't tell you the amount and then ask you to download Anydesk to connect to your phone. He tells you no, no, don't worry, it's only a screen share, you have to authorize me. Personally, I don't think anyone has opened an account for me, and what's more, the number isn't associated with any company that I've seen, and what's more, the person at the end of the line, when you start to see into his game, starts shouting at you for no reason at all, even though I've never raised my voice at him, so clearly this is scam, and if it isn't, it's the worst company in terms of custome (live person)
